Andrew Janiak served as a member of the Humanities Unbounded Steering Committee for the 2018-19 academic year in his capacity as Chair of Philosophy.
Janiak is co-leader of Project Vox. He is currently the recipient of an ACLS Collaborative Research Grant (with Professor Karen Detlefsen at U Penn) for their project on Émilie Du Châtelet and 18th century Newtonian thought in France. They are currently writing the first English-language monograph on Châtelet's philosophy. During academic year 2021-22 he is hosting Visiting Faculty Fellow Sergio Gallegos Orderica.
