Games and Culture

The Games and Culture Lab is embedded in the Department of Asian and Middle Eastern Studies and includes four tracks:

  • Serious game development (Shai Ginsburg)
  • Gaming and society (Aimee Kwon)
  • Language pedagogy and games (Yan Liu)
  • Story Lab (Clare Woods, Carlos Rojas, Eileen Chow)

The lab includes faculty from outside the department as well, including faculty and classes in Computer Science, Art History & Visual Studies, Decision Sciences, Statistics, and Information + Science Studies.
