The Humanities Unbounded BrainCultures Lab and the Program in Literature presented a seminar with Victoria Pitts-Taylor, Professor of Feminist, Gender and Sexuality Studies (FGSS), Sociology, and Science in Society at Wesleyan University.

Drawing from her recent book The Brain's Body: Neuroscience and Corporeal Politics (Duke UP, 2017), and other related writings, Professor Pitts-Taylor considered how racial and socio-economic inequality become inscribed within the language of neurobiological difference.
