Dr. Jason Moldoff earned his PhD in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2010. He now serves as Lead Instructor for a variety of Communications courses at Durham Technical Community College as well as a Faculty DEI Coach. Dr. Moldoff is a graduate of the North Carolina Community College Leadership program. He was elected to serve for two years as the first Faculty Association Chair. He received a nearly twenty thousand dollar grant from the Open Society Foundation to start the first community college debate club. He completed a three-semester project on code-switching for his Public Speaking classes.
